Vocal Ensemble is a smaller group of members who all share a
love of singing. The work of the vocal ensemble is an act of worship. Whether
it be a Russian carol, a contemporary worship song, or a lighter celebrative
piece, we are worshipping more than performing. The message and heart of
the text we sing is our primary concern as God uses us to communicate with
and encourage those who hear us.
A heart for worship - a deep desire to lift praises to God - is the most
important requirement for being part of this ministry. Different levels
of musical experience and skill are welcome (you don't have to read music.)
Vocal Ensemble sings twice monthly at the 8:30 a.m. Sunday worship service,
as well as several evening services throughout the year.
Practices: Tuesday evenings, 6:45 - 7:30 p.m. in the Music Room.
